Virus komputer misteri

LONDON - Satu virus komputer misteri kini merebak dengan pantas dan
sudah menjangkiti lebih 15 juta komputer di seluruh dunia, lapor sebuah
akhbar semalam.
Dalam tempoh tiga hari sahaja, sebanyak enam juta komputer
dijangkiti virus itu yang merupakan jenis cecacing dikenali sebagai
Downadup, Conficker atau Kido.
Sehingga kini pakar-pakar masih belum mengetahui apakah tujuan virus misteri itu dicipta dan kesannya terhadap komputer.
Pakar-pakar berpendapat virus itu mungkin tidak mempunyai apa-apa
fungsi kerana penciptanya hanya mahu menunjuk kepakaran yang
dimilikinya.
Bagaimanapun, beberapa pakar keselamatan berasa ragu kerana tidak
mungkin sejenis virus cecacing yang canggih tidak mempunyai tujuan
tertentu.
Pengurus Teknikal F-Secure, Tom Gaffney berkata, cecacing itu
mungkin dicipta untuk mencuri maklumat sulit pengguna komputer seperti
maklumat akaun dan kata laluan.
Menurutnya, cecacing itu tidak memberi kesan kepada pengguna sistem
operasi Apple Macs tetapi boleh menjejaskan pengguna Windows yang tidak
memasang perisian anti-virus yang dibekalkan oleh Microsoft. - Agensi

tiga virus bru yg dsebut tue baru je keluar awal januari tahun ni. Dan aku antara yg menjadi mangsa virus2 tersebut(kido)..Kat sini aku ade bbrape step utk korang gune utk buang virus kido..

■Go to the start menu
■Right click “My computer”
■Click “properties” then the “automatic updates” tab
■Choose “turn off automatic updates”
■Restart your computer
■Go back to start menu and in all programs go to “windows update” you have to be connected to the internet
■Manually update windows
■Turn your automatic updates back on

■Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SYSTEM >> CurrentControlSet >> Services >> Browser >> Parameters
■Find the key IsDomainMaster
■Set its value to False
■Restart the computer

■Go to Run and type cmd
■Type ‘netsh’ in command console then press enter
■Then type ‘winsock’ and press enter and then type reset
■Restart the computer
