Jom Kacau Bubur Assyura!!!

Assalammualaikum
w.b.t..insyaAllah pada 11 Januari 2009, pihak Pusat Islam &
Pembangunan Insan dengan kerjasama Sahabat Masjid (SAHAM) &
Jawatankuasa Pelajar Kolej (JPK) akan mengadakan satu gotong-royong
untuk memasak bubur assyura.

Tujuan utama program ini diadakan adalah untuk mengeratkan hubungan silaturrahim dan membiasakan diri kita dengan gotong-royong.

Masa : 8.00 pg - 6.00 ptg
Tempat : Perkarangan Masjid UMP

Marilah kita sama-sama menyertai gotong-royong ini.

this bubur actually specially made in this islamic month, muharram....
it's not necessary but many muslims done it in this islamic month...

is it black in color? i asked my mom, she described it as a type of delicacy which is black in color and will turn hard when you let it cool. it will then be cut into pieces. is that rite?

i don't know the recipes but it' black in color and have some cebisan daging inside......
anyway it's very delicious....
