Selama ni kalau sebut Karpal jer, teringat Karpal Singh huhu.. rupanya
ada penyakit kepada pengguna komputer yang menggunakan mouse setiap
hari yang dipanggil KARPAL SINDROM

Hm we should also be aware of RSI (Repetitive Stress Injury). Caused by poor ergonomics & repeatedly straining the joints etc. I used to kena...Had to take painkillers coz no other way to stop the pain. Now I'm more careful

wow! never thought the gesture i used before can be very dangerous..
but i dont think i could change my habit, especially while playing UT3 ( a LOT of keyboard and mouse bashing )

sebab berlaku, tidak mempraktikkan kepenggunaan gaya yang betul semasa menaip/ memegang maouse...

cara mengatasi- belilah keyboard/mouse yang ergonomic... tapi harga mak datuk... mahal benar.... microsoft(stakat ni je la yg aku jumpa) rm 299 for keyboard....
