[GUIDE] Combo Training

Combo Start
Obtain after lvl 30 class up quest (reloaded version)



Combo Benefit:
- Casting skill quicker than normal execution
- Deal extra damage
- 100% hit (no miss)
- Bonus skill exp
- Reduce the probability you being down, knockback and stun

This is the combo meter look like after you initiate combo




Miss Scenarios
too early
too late
- combo break


Bad Scenarios


- no damage bonus
- no skill exp bonus


Good Scenarios


- 10% damage bonus
- 10% skill exp bonus


Excellent Scenarios

- 20% damage bonus
- 20% skill exp bonus


As your combo counter increase, your combo gauge will increase it difficulty too.

1-5 hits


6-10 hits


11 - infinity hits



Note:
As far as your combo go, SP used to initiate the combo will recover depend on the numbers of your combo hit.
If you wearing Adept equipment, your SP recovery will be faster.


Changing Target
You can execute combo from one target to the another. This will allow you to continuously comboing without breaking it



While your character casting the last hit on the current target, quickly select another target to continue your combo.

Tip: Alert on the target HP and your skill damage

COMBO+ Part 1

Welcome to advance combo technique which is i call "Combo +"

let get started

note:
Im using "combo UI on top", so the combo meter will be on top of the screen instead of the middle.
To set this, option > general > combo UI on top.
This function can avoid bringer broadcast disturbing your combo


Combo Dash
Generally mean include dash within your combo. This is great technique to chasing your target.

1. make a range between you and your target
2. let start our combo
3. after the 1st hit, let your character walk a bit (like the picture below)



4. Hit dash skill!


5. your combo gauge meter will reset again (look on my gauge meter above)
6. on the right time, execute skill again


7. there you go, the 2nd hit show

note: the picture was take several time since it hard to shot, you may notice the different.

for a better understanding, let watch a video


This technique will serve melee class really well. Good luck

COMBO+ Part 2

Congratulation if you already master the combo dash technique
But we got harder technique to learn.

Combo + Fade
Generally to add fade step in your combo. this technique is use to attempt breaking your opponent combo.
If failed, it your combo who break



1. make a range between you and your target
2. let start our combo
3. execute your skill (short range) and purposely make early bad hit. (pic below)


4. Let your character walk a bit.
5. hit fade step!


6. take note, the gauge will not going to reset like combo dash.
instead it will proceed from where you stop at 1st hit (see picture above)
This is the reason why we purposely make a early bad hit earlier.
2nd note. the gauge speed will be very fast. repeat very fast!

7. execute again your skill at the right moment


8. there you go, 2nd hit

note:
same as combo dash, picture above was take several time due to hard to shot.

for better understanding, let watch some videos


real advance skill. Combo + fade + force kick

i use this several time pvp caer

Welcome again.

Combo + Buff
Generally to add buff in your combo.

to make it simple, the technique is the same like combo dash

you can see my buff is cooling down and i got 8 hit


Combo + Debuff
Add debuff in your combo

This technique also same as combo buff

this is just combination of both

1 Button Combo Mechanism

1 Button Combo
Start of episode 3, cabal introduce this mechanism to reduce stress on player while comboing

The mechanism work where players only need to hit "Combo Start" button repeatedly
Picture below was purposely made for new player. (actually you can make it only 1 smashing button)


Using the 1 combo button, it will execute the most front skill in your quick slot.
example from the picture:
it will cast no 6,7,8,9

if the front skill has finished it cooldown before the last skill was executed,
then 1 button combo will execute the front skill for the next hit (ignore the last skill)

example from the picture:
it will cast no 6,7,8,9,7 ( since 6 still cooldown), 6 (will ignore 8 since 6 cd already finish).

note: 1 button combo will not execute dash, fade, buff, debuff, item (pot, odd), special (bm, aura).

Benefit of using one button combo mechanism:
- Totally remove player error from selecting cooldown skill while combo
- can adjust the numbers of smashing button on your preferable
- can achieve highest dps combo.

if you really do not know/want to use combo while playing cabal.. maybe you should play Travian

maksud ko bloody ogre? seko bloody ogre pukul aku damage 900 lebeh, kalo 2 eko pukul aku 2 kali and hit tros..aku dah K.O..

x mampu woo, aphal x wiz aku ni week sgt defense rate..2400 je, adohhhhhhh

erk. caer. aku gne MFA training situ gak. bloody ogres. sila2. bukan yg besar tau. yg kecik pegang tombak.


klu 2 org party, leh pukul 10 skali. kalau tak, pukul 2 3 once sudah.

and caer, jgn lupa pakai vamp ok?

def rendah ni kena vamp kaw2. lagipon cannon2 ko AOE kan. skali tembak leh 4 5 eko kena.

katakan 10% dari 1000 dmg, means 100 kan? pstu tak kira lagi klu ko hit lebih dr 1000. lwn 5 eko skali, 1 hit dah dpt 500hp.

klu takot depa hit pain sgt, cari stun lock combo utk WI. 80% stun pon dh jadi. utamakan upgrade sixth sense dan force control dan impact control.


ini je tips yg aku bole bagi. sbb aku buat cmni.


note:

aku dh jumpa FA punya 100% Stun lock. tapi bukan combo. kena buat manual. klu combo, xjadi 100%

but still, kat boss xberkesan la sbb boss xkn stun.
