aku tlg boss jwp:

moderator bertugas utk moderate topik2 yg dicipta/dibicangkan oleh para forumer.

- klu moderator merasakan topik yg dicipta tidak kena pada sectionnya, mod ada hak utk pindahkn ke section lain.
- klu mod merasakan ada forumer yg buat double/triple post, mod ada hak utk kasi warning/delete post forumer
- klu mod merasakan topik dh tiba ke penghujungnya, mod ada hak utk tutup topik (means org xleh reply)
- klu mod merasakan ada forumer yg flaming (kutuk/hina/caci) forumer lain scara personal/menyentuh sentimen2 sensitif, mod ada hak utk kasi warning kt forumer tersebut.

kalo nak perincikan satu-satu tugas moderator ni mmg sangat banyak...
semua yg ko cakap tu betul mustang ... senang citer tugas mod secara umunya
menguruskan, menjaga keamanan, dan kemaskini topik2 di bawah jagaan anda...
selain itu, anda juga digalakkan menambah topik2, artikel, bahan2 baru...
supaya topik anda tidak mati dan sunyi sepi.. hak3
kalo rajin lagi tolong r promote umplife supaya makin meriah... wawawa
so xde la susah mane, sape2 berminat anda dialu2kan apply di sini la... huhu

harap2 boss dapat tarik sorang mod baru untuk section advertisement memandangkan ada sedikit pergeseran di situ..hire mod di kalangan mod yang ada pun xper untuk sementara..try tanya akula???? tu..dia bukan mod lagi tuh..klau xder sesiapa yang nak jadi, aku jadi untuk sementara pun xper..
