UMP Study Resources

This is an idea I've been having for quite a while: can UMP students/staff provide an FTP site or any site, in general, where students can volunteer to upload their notes/assignments/reports/presentation slides/other resources for other students to use? Primary target is the junior students, this is one way we can help our juniors who aren't sure how to do their work.

A requirement is to clear out all data from the work: leaving behind instructions/template so that juniors can use as reference & not commit plagiarism.

I've thought about this because I want to help my juniors but I don't want to give them my results (like for lab reports). Is there such a site already existing or can we make one? I thought if we can make one under this forum, it'll improve our reputation & make our UMPlife family grow.

I appreciate any feedback/input. I'm not familiar with how this is possible or if this is already present. Thank you!

actually this is a very good idea to share student study material...

but the problem is any1 volunteer to host the file...??

or we can do like, just upload the file to free host server like ziddu.com or else...then post the link here (like wat i did HERE)...but bcos of UMP internet very slow...we need much/long time to upload the file~

so any idea from others forumer??

I don't think students can upload the notes there. It's for lecturers. I was suggesting a site for students to help other students.

@Admin: I don't understand, what do you mean by host the file? I'm a tech noob

ooo...host the file means we need a server (space on the network with specific network address) to host the file...i.e (we can find a lo t here)
