Re: [GUIDE] Cabal basic info but essential
utk sapa yg x paham psl vampiric
There seems to be a lot of confusion over this subject. So let me just clear it up.
There is a leech-limit you CANNOT gain more than 5% of your own hp and
mp per hit. So let's say for example, your HP is 3,000. This means the
total maximum amount of HP you can hope to steal from a mob in 1 hit is
3,000 * 0.05 = 150. And your MP is 2,000. This means the total maximum
amount of MP you can hope to steal from a mob in 1 hit is 2,000 * 0.05
= 100.
Now comes your max leech. This is given by your character level divided
by 10, so let's say you are lvl 150. Your max leech will be 150/10 = 15.
To increase this limit, you must equip vampiric items. So let's say you
have 2x vampiric earrings +4 equipped (+30 max hp steal per hit each),
and a vampiric amulet +5 (+45 hp steal per hit), this is +105 max hp
steal per hit total.
Now let's say we are wearing 1 extortion bracelet +4, this gives 4% hp
steal of the total damage. So imagine we hit a mob and damage it for
5,000hp. We will gain 4% of this which = 5,000 x 0.04 = 200HP.
But as we are only wearing +105 max HP steal per hit from equipment and
our base leech is 15 HP (lvl 150 divided by 10) we only gain 120hp from
the mob.
I hope this guide helps.

Re: [GUIDE] Cabal basic info but essential
Utk player official, sila ignore buff cap tentang crit rate - 25%. Ni update lama
Reference
1. Is there crit dmg. cap ?
Critical damage can be increased by equipment and buff skills. There is no critical damage increase limit for the equipment but the critical damage increase by buff skill is limited at 100%.
2. Is there cap on crit rate from skills – can a force blader use 3 skills to gain 35% crit rate?
- The critical rate increase by skills is limited as 25%. Therefore, Force Blader also has 25% of critical rate increase limit by using 3 skills. When Force Blader uses 3 buff skills, the sum of critical rate increase is 35% but only 25% will increase.
3. Can you explain exactly how alz/1slot/2slot item drop woks and are there any caps to those bonuses. Are they interfering with each other and how (what happens if u have some of all 3 types of these bonuses)? How is the bonus working in a group of players if one or all of them have such items?
If you mean the “bonus” is the option on the equipment to increase drop rate of Alz/ 1 slot/ 2 slot, there is no limit for drop rate increase. The option applies to the character which wears the equipment so the option of the player does not affect party members. For example, if player A and B are in one party and player A has alz drop increase option on equipment and player B has 2 slot drop increase option on equipment. The increase rate of Alz will apply to player A and increase rate of 2 slot will apply to play B only.
4. Can you explain how exactly + min dmg % works, and does it work for both magic and sword attacks?
The minimum damage applies to Sword skill only. Sword skill has range of minimum damage and maximum damage and Magic skill has fixed minimum damage rate per use. If the maximum damage of Sword skill is 100, each class has its minimum damage as below:
Warrior: 80%
Blader: 90%
Force Shielder/ Force Blader: 85%
Therefore, if above classes have minimum damage option as 1%, they will have minimum damange for Sword skill as below:
Warrior: 80% + 1%
Blader: 90% + 1%
Force Shielder/ Force Blader: 85% + 1%
If above classes set their minimum damage option as 100%, they will get fixed minimum range as if they used Magic skill.
5. Can you explain how add. Damage works and does it work for both magic and sword attacks?
Additional damage applies to both Sword and Magic skills and it ignores defense of the target. For example, if the character can give 1000 damage to monster and it has additional damage as 100, it will give 1100 damage to monster.
6.We know that skills have shorter casting times in combo mode. Is it possible to tell us what the formula is to calculate them or to add that information to the skill description?.
It is not possible to calculate the skill casting time in combo mode and there is no formula. The maximum difference among skill casting time is 0.25 seconds and it depends when user hit the combo gauge.
7. In Forgotten Temple: Is there any difference between the red, green and blue key?
Red, green and blue key in Forgotten Temple B1F are the items to start quest. The only difference between red, green and blue key in Forgotten Temple B1F is the procedure of the quest. They all reward same drop rate and quest reward.

Hotkeys
Ctrl + U: Opens up a small FPS counter in the top left corner, just below your character HP/MP
(Note for me, the left ctrl works for FPS counter versus right ctrl doesn’t work for it)
Shift + A / Ctrl + A: Toggles your auto-attack, a bit useful beside having to open up options, find the game tab, and check/uncheck it each time. Also, annoying when you use your wasd directional keys and you end up pressing Ctrl/Shift while turning left for any reason.
Ctrl + Click on an item: In terms of storage, this move the item you’ve clicked to the first available slot in your warehouse storage. In terms of selling items to NPC’s, this automatically sells it over without drag/drop. In terms of Auction House, this automatically moves the item selected into the sale window.
Shift + Left-Click on an item: This will move an item on that current tab, wether it be inventory or warehouse, to the next available slot on the next tab, if there is no available space, I believe nothing happens.
Shift + Right-click on a stacked item: This will bring up the option of "Item Distribution", in layman’s terms, it seperates things into smaller stacks. Simply input a number to remove that many from that stack to create a new stack of that number. Example: A stack of 4 reflex potions using this action on them, type the number 2 and enter. A new stack of 2 reflex potions is made with the 2 remaining reflex potions in the other stack.
Right-click on another player: This automatically changes your chat line to W and inputs the player’s name you want to whisper in there, in other words, do this to whisper another place efficiently, also can be done off names in the chat box. You can also do this for another way to ignore people, back-click them, move the line cursor all the way to the left, and type /ignore in front of the name with a space. Used to do this way before spammers were few in number.
Right-click on equipment: Its probably not that big of a conservative on time and use but when you back-click on an equipment, it will equip that item for you, if you already have something of that item equipped, it will exchange the items and move your item you had equipped to the place of the item you just equipped.
Enter key: Bet you thought it would only be to activate chat right? Well there are a list of uses for it, but the general idea is the "accept" function to questioning pop-ups. As a few I know, things such as requests for party invites, pressing enter will accept it, but for something like war entry, you can’t spam the enter button and hope it’ll shove you in first.
A HUGE tip for those crafters: The enter key acts as the "okay" button when you are breaking items down into materials, in other words, instead of mousing over the item and confirming it each time, you can just click to break and press enter, and cycle that with less stress on your hand to do a tedious job.
(I’ll try to make a short video to demonstrate this, it’ll probably just show it, since my video editing skills suck right now)
Z key: Auto-targets nearest player of an opposing nation during nation war. Can also be done by clicking the mouse wheel if available. Note that while it is useful in Nation War, it does not take effect at a long range, I’d say maybe a range of 6-8 it takes effect, so don’t expect to target someone just out of your vision then dash + force kick over there how they never see it coming.(confirmed for nation war, will later test for war channels if caps ever come out of their foxholes…)
Clicking while down/knocked-back: This is said to allow to to recover from this status quicker, in reality it really doesn’t, but its rather not doing it makes you recover slower. In war, I find my character down, I tend to spam like my BM2 special or a high level skill to retaliate with when I get up, but my character may stay down for even up to 20 seconds. I believe its that when you spam-click outside your character to recover, you get up at its true recovery time. Versus when you don’t, your character does it a bit later, and you may be put into a "down lock" when several characters hit you and you don’t force an immediate recovery, showing you down longer than from being put down by 1 opponent.
