cmne nk ilangkan tekanan? emm... ssh gak 2... ak pun kadang2 tertekan juga. ni mungkin cara2 yang bleh try

1)tdo. law lepas bgn ade blk try no 2
2)men game. law lepas men game dtg blk try no 3
3)pergi bersenam. law lepas bersenam pun cm2 gak try no 4
4) solat mintak pertolongan allah.

law xleh gak tunggu jelah sampai abis exam.. ilangla stress.. law xleh gak jom tdo bt selama lamanya. ekekeke.. gurau jer yang 2..

fikirkan kenapa stress....bila bangun pagi, sentiasa kene ceria....happy selalu la orang kata....

kalau kene stress gak, tinggalkan segala aktiviti yang korang buat tu, pastu gi jalan2 ke bilik rakan2 anda....sambil erjalan tu tarik napas panjang2....

itu je tip aku...

kalau bangun tgh hari pun kene setting ceria gak mood tu.... kalau tak satu hari mesti berasa tekanan....

anyway berjalan ke bilik kawan ada tujuan dia.... untuk kacau kawan anda.... usik2 dia dan sebagainya... aku suka betul ganggu mereka..... hahahaha hilang tension sikit...

tak pun berborak dengan mereka.... hilang segala permasalahan.... jangan bincang masalah negara sudah la....menambahkan keserabutan dalam otak je nanti....hahahaha
